The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing strategy for TPG. In this role, the employee shall set the marketing strategy for both the Services and SaaS offerings TPG provides, define tactical quarterly plans to achieve the strategy, and establish ongoing metrics and key performance indicators for success. Additionally, the marketing leader will be responsible for cross-functional engagement with Sales, SaaS, and counterparts from Vispero’s corporate marketing team to ensure we leverage both the corporate and business unit brands and provide a seamless experience across organizations.

  • Build TPG’s annual digital marketing strategy
  • Hone the business’ voice and message about what we do, and any associated external/internal communications strategy around it
  • Establish ongoing/repeatable and independent strategies for demand generation for TPG’s products and services
  • Refine TPG’s inbound marketing strategy
  • Work with Business Development to conduct targeted and mass digital marketing campaigns to regularly drive lead generation on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Be a driving force behind TPG’s digital presence with an emphasis on providing a consistently accessible but fresh web presence that effectively promotes our products and services
  • Drive efforts to consistently improve and/or maintain high-ranking in SEO position for key terms for the business
  • Work with staff and third-party providers to conduct ongoing Paid Search/SEM for key terms for the business
  • Support and maintain the business unit style guide
  • Select and coordinate the business unit’s annual conference attendance strategy
  • Evaluate and design a TPG annual customer summit conference
  • Regularly measure marketing performance and establish ongoing KPIs for success
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas that broadly communicate TPG’s position as a thought leader in accessibility

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years in digital marketing, ideally with 2+ years in a marketing leadership role
  • 3+ years’ experience marketing in a professional services and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions environment
  • Preference for familiarity with the field of accessibility
  • Experience in demand generation and top of funnel lead development
  • Experience with various CRM solutions preferred (Salesforce, Hubspot)
