Sales Representative

Location: Remote, less than 25% travel required

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and qualifying sales leads for the sales team and for capture and closure of customers for the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) SaaS platform/modules and for various packaged professional service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Record and maintain records of names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from prospective customers as needed
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Qualify inbound leads and pursue capture on standard prospects or distribute leads for pursuit by Regional Sales Managers

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience either selling in a professional services environment or selling software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Preference for familiarity with the field of accessibility
  • Experience in lead generation and sales development
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
