Usability Testing
TPG performs user testing involving people with disabilities and your product. Testing is conducted in a usability lab populated by people with disabilities who will be analyzed against test scripts designed to test actual use of the newly designed application or a web site and its associated applications. Results from the test lab are video taped and summarized in a report that includes recommendations and enhancements based on TPG's analysis of the test sessions.
TPG also performs remote evalutions using a combination of VPN's, web forums, and remote usability testing tools. Our ability to conduct remote evalutions allows us to recruit wider user samples across a wide breadth of disability communities both nationally and internationally.
