IE 8’s WAI-ARIA implementation headaches

Legacy defeats consistency in IE 8’s Web 2.0 accessibility effort - Aaron Leventhal details a major problem with the current implementation of WAI-ARIA in IE8: Microsoft introduced their own unique method for setting ARIA properties. Let’s hope that Microsoft are as good as their word and resolve this issue before IE 8 is out of beta.
